A queer spirituality challenges us to think about what it means to live in this world together by recognizing the plurality of the question. This neighbor question must take into account the reality that we have systems and institutions that permit these tragedies—the killing of black and brown bodies, refugee children, LGBTQIA persons, and police officers—to occur on a regular basis.
