the sacrifices that you will make for your children should be something you can sing over. If there is not a song in it, it is not a biblical sacrifice.
We learn by imitation but we also envy by imitation. You have to learn how to copy without comparing.
The more like Jesus you are, the more like yourself you are going to be.
The same thing goes for teachers. The lesson plans that you made up and turned in to administration are not the real lesson. The real lesson is modeling Christ for the students, loving Christ and loving the student and loving the material. That is what godly teaching is. When the students see you interacting with them and with the material as someone who loves Jesus Christ, that has a profound impact.
Love God, love what you are doing, and love who you are doing it with.
He is going to take you from where you are, not from where you should have been.
