The naturalistic fallacy usually involves moral judgments. For instance, one might refer to the behavior of animals to justify a particular human behavior as “natural.” Animals kill each other, therefore it is moral for humans to kill each other. Moral judgments, though, are distinct from what happens to exist in nature.
