While I’m not against quitting your full-time job and completely jumping into a great idea, a great idea is not enough. We all have great ideas, but business success comes down to execution—you’ve got to actually be able to make it happen. I see far too many entrepreneurs quit their full-time jobs to pursue an idea when they don’t yet have a strong proof of concept and customers.
