Millennials make up almost 40 percent of the American workforce today and are on the verge of passing baby boomers as the nation’s largest living generation. They are also the most diverse adult generation in American history. About one-third are foreign born and almost half are nonwhite. Eradicating bias in the workplace has both philosophical and personal significance for them.
