no queer undertones here sir. not the implication that one’s identity or “appetites” might be seen as damnable by themselves and/or others (and could manifest as internalized hatred). not the suggestion that every life is sacred because we only have the one and the real evil is killing others (which has been how “blasphemous behaviors” have been punished by the Church).
