Love yourself. Love your family. Love your community. Love your planet.
no food will sustainably resolve your stress, sadness, anger, loneliness, or whatever feeling you’re trying to escape from or numb.
Emotional hunger can get triggered when your emotions get out of balance, like when you haven’t eaten or you’re feeling stressed or tired. At best, eating can temporarily numb your feelings and give you a quick food-high surge. Just remember that this pleasure and relief are only momentary.
When you eat well, move more, and love more, then you stress less.
