We can also say that we tend to agree that all the best leaders possess this quality, or set of qualities—so, leadership is something that lives, specially, in those who lead and is in some way responsible for their ability to do so. And we can say that, as a consequence, most of us would agree that if you want to be a leader, you have to have this set of qualities.
