Q: What is the best way to cook vegetables? A: Most vegetables naturally contain plenty of water, so they need minimal or even no added water to cook. The two best options for cooking vegetables for curries are at low pressure or for a very short time on high pressure. When cooking vegetables, always use a quick release and turn off the pressure cooker to stop further cooking.
