Whenever you wish you had more time, more money, etc., strategic quitting is the answer.
Most of us use our calendars all wrong: we don’t schedule work; we schedule interruptions.
A study of 403 people in the Journal of Happiness Studies showed that managing your free time is associated with higher quality of life. What was fascinating was that increasing people’s free time had no effect on their happiness, but scheduling that time in advance made all the difference.
