I haven’t told you much about the pain, I don’t think, and I don’t intend to now. But know that there is pain. So. Much. Pain. Will you forgive me for not hanging on? Will you understand that the cost to me of staying has got to be too high? It’s the only reason I’m mentioning the pain now – so that you understand that I would have stayed if I could.
