Set up your own standards of conduct in your family based upon what you think is appropriate for you. Have everyone else do the same. Then see if it isn’t quite possible to make it happen without infringing on each other’s rights. If you feel that being out three nights a week is what you want, but can’t because someone has to watch the children, “fairness” doesn’t have to enter into your decision-making.
