Another way to destroy momentum is to have people redo stuff. If you have people constantly having to redo the same thing, it’s the quickest way to destroy momentum. Let’s say you're in a retail store, and you pay someone to fold towels. Then, you walk right over to them after they finish, and you knock the towels over. They have to refold the towels. You do that a couple of times, and they're going to quit.
