You can engage your curiosity by asking yourself questions to spark your imagination: What do I want to do? Why do I want to do it? What small thing can I do right now to get started?
When you run into issues, take a step back and start to tease them apart by asking small questions like: What exactly did not work? Why did it not work? What small thing can I improve next time?
Once we have answers, we need to check them because they’ll often be wrong. That’s okay. It’s simply part of the process of finding a solution.
“If a problem can be solved, there is no use worrying about it. If it can’t be solved, worrying will do no good.”
During your Reflections, ask yourself: What am I learning? What lessons has ________ [situation or relationship] taught me or inspired me to learn? What do I want to know more about? How will I go about learning it?
