Mindfulness is the process of waking up to see what’s right in front of us. It helps you become more aware of where you are, who you are, and what you want.
Day by day, you’re deepening your self-awareness by becoming a steady witness to your story.

For most of us, “being busy” is code for being functionally overwhelmed.

The quality of our time is determined by our ability to be present.
Try to keep company with those you find inspiring, motivating, and constructively challenging. Ask yourself: What can I learn from them? Is the world a bit of a better place because they’re in my life? Do they make me want to be a better person?

Perfection is an unnatural and damaging concept.
