The gospel is that Jesus was judged for our sins so that we would never have to be judged for them.
Jesus will be the final judge (Acts 17:31; John 5:22, 27; 2 Timothy 4:1). Do you really think that after becoming our sin and taking the punishment for our sin, He would really judge us again? No way! That’s why when He returns, He will not deal with our sin
Jesus has forgiven us all our sins “by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross” (Colossians 2:13).
