I find that the majority of people I come in contact with are problem finders. It’s easy to point out problems. They’re everywhere! But like I tell everyone who works with me and is part of our foundation, don’t just tell me what’s wrong with this or that; offer a solution. Don’t be a problem finder. Be a problem solver.
