Here is what a CEO of a company once said: If I hire you as a full-time employee, I want you to do what it takes to help my company make money and grow! As simple as that. I employed you for nothing less than that. End of story!

I guess that statement should be common sense I guess we should know why someone would employ us over so many other worthy candidates. Iziaq has in one statement laid down an epiphany that will serve many so well.
