You may have religious views about when sex is, and isn’t, appropriate. If so, take advantage of your daughter’s teenage ability to think in abstract terms and invite her into conversations about why your religion dictates what it does. Again, your best chance for a successful conversation will be to talk to your daughter on the level, not to lay down rules.
