Why does he need a national security report especially on the new Dr hired, Skylar? And why bug her house and phone and track her coming and going’s if she is already hired by Harmony? What exactly is this Dr Fenton really up to? Cus he has access to way more info than what’s legal and even now has government funding to continue back him up but for what? Eddies echo box that’s been in the works for over a decade but never quite complete since he can’t make the algorithms connect correctly or whatever. Doesn’t make sense
