One day I came out to the common area to see the guys gathered in front of the TV. Before I saw what was on, I noticed that the guard was staring nervously at me, like he was watching what I’d do. One of the guys explained, “Three bombs went off in Brussels.” They didn’t say more than that. The guys were silent. They thought maybe I was happy about what had happened or something. Positive?
