The latest Permian and earliest Triassic seem to be two different worlds, which is remarkable because the tracks were all left in the identical place, in the same exact environment and climate. Southern Poland didn’t stop being a humid lakeland fed by raging mountain streams as the Permian ticked over into the Triassic. No, it was the animals themselves that changed.
