There is a town near here, where I live, named Townshend. This town is likely named after a town in England. I wonder if the town name is derived from "town's end" - perhaps meaning a suburb, or the outskirts of a larger town.

This would probably be true even if the words, "without fault" were removed. Although, in the book of Job, Satan comes before God and talks with Him.

I urge you who are reading this to learn from my negligence and beware that you do not neglect to ask God to help you resist future temptations, especially as you see all the affliction and sorrow that I endured for days, and months, and years due to my neglect.

I've never even considered praying for help to resist future temptations, but it seems that this would be a valuable practice.
