Lemon Whey Pie FILLING •1 1/2 cups whey, divided •1 cup sugar •3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch •3 egg yolks (save whites) •1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted •1/2 teaspoon salt •1/4 cup fresh lemon juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
