A couple of years later, the Pentagon commissioned the Trojan Warrior Project, an intensive six-month training in mind-body-spirit practice for Green Berets. The program included meditating with a Tibetan lama, neuro and biofeedback sessions in a cutting-edge computer lab, praying with a Benedictine monk, and training in aikido, a Japanese martial art dedicated to universal peace.
