If there are people in your life you care about, be sure to give them a few minutes of your full attention every day. They will bloom like flowers.
Practice mindful listening. Keep attention on them and what they're saying. If you drift, mindfully bring yourself back. Don't talk but can give reassuring nods etc.
This can be artificial so Meng recommends deliberately practicing this where speaker knows what you're doing and doesn't ask you questions, get annoyed you're not participating etc
