the wedding ring is a symbol for eternal love. An endless loop. The beginning becomes the middle and there’s never supposed to be an end.

It’s strange how I can miss a person who is still here. It’s strange that I can miss making love to a person I still have sex with.

I’m standing on the outside of the circle of life, watching the world spin while I am at a standstill.

I never ask my mother for money. One, because I think it’s inappropriate for a grown, married woman to have to ask her parents for help. And two, because she doesn’t give freely.
