“None of my men want this, either. To be in this castle, with you. But you picked me specifically. Why?” Zercy met his gaze, gave a tiny, playful smile. “Because you are pretty?” Alec eyed him drolly. He exhaled and looked at Alec’s mouth. “Because the moment I saw you, I felt my beast within ease. A peace inside I forgot even existed. Your men did not give me this. Only you.”
Zercy stiffened, glancing quickly from one team member to the next, before cutting his golden gaze back to Alec. Intently, he regarded him, his face, his attire, as if taking him in through a different set of eyes. His expression quickly darkened, his demeanor turning possessive. Then a subtle little tick formed in his jaw.
When it finally clamped closed, Zercy nuzzled Alec’s crack. “Bellah,” he growled softly. “Racha.” Stay. Alec’s lids peeled open. “Stay?’ “Tah. My seed. Let none escape.” He brushed Alec’s door with his lips. Once, then twice. “Do this for me. I want your little ass to drink it. To suck it into your handsome little body.”
Alec grinned and looked at Zercy. “How’d I do?” “Bellah kai.” Zercy smiled warmly. “Your gods must long to see your face.” “They’re my home.” Alec held his gaze. “Maybe I’m theirs, too. Maybe they miss me… like I miss them.” Something dimmed in Zercy’s eyes. “I would like to be your home. If you left me, I would miss you more than they.”
“You are my heaven, Alick,” he rasped. “Not up in the sky amidst the stars. Not with Nira, nor with the gods … Mah. Buried in your heat, sharing your breath, your chest to mine… This,” he stated intently, “this is my heaven.”
“You are everything to me,” he rumbled. “I want you to know this. That I put you above all I hold dear. Nothing means more to me. Not my kingdom. Not my crown…” His hips started to move. His black lashes fluttered. “Not even life, or Nira herself. I live for you.”
