They had fallen into a rhythm of sorts since the first wave of creatures had boiled out of the mists: Davian held the bridge with his abilities, and Wirr stayed back near Asha—warning Davian via his own ability of any creatures that looked like they were slipping past, and providing a last-ditch defense against any of the not-completely-dead ones that Davian didn’t have time to finish off.
I think this is why this series falls flat for me. Characters dont feel like they are developing. Key scenes like this would be an awesome opportunity to SHOW just how far Davian has come with the vessels. Feels like missed opportunity
