~I started with adding TGEO of lemon to the bottom of a 4-8-ounce glass pouring water into the glass and drinking every drop of it every morning; Lemon is a cleanser, it rids your body of toxin in substance and in thought.
I applied TGEO of frankincense to the back of my neck, and I diffused frankincense often throughout the day. A Great brain support.
~Rosemary kept me focused and made it easier to concentrate when applied to the back of my neck and diffused. ~All the citrus oils are good for brain support, they have an invigorating happy effect when diffused. ~Peppermint-Great picker-upper, both refreshing and invigoration, great as a tea.
