Are you aware that you are a soul?’ ‘Yes, we are. Yes, we are.’

If sadness lingers in you, for instance, you will figure out that Asurrahs have barged in. This realization itself is enough to shake them out of your body-mind.

Suppose, you hate dogs; continual hatred against anything is a sign of the presence of Asurrahs in your body-mind. They have coloured your world with their brush so that you come across incidents that justify your hatred. You hear news of dogs mauling humans. You see victims of dog bites dying a horrible death. Your hatred may increase to the point that you make it your mission to kill and harm dogs.

Simply saying ‘no’ a couple of times will irritate them and they will

either flee quietly or show their true colours.

Prayer has the power to free you from all three types of cursed souls. You should pray at the beginning of a time period: a day, a week, a fortnight, a month, a year. Let me tell you how to perform a daily prayer. At the end of a day, get something to offer to your deity. It can be leaves, flowers, fruits or anything procured with love and faith. The next day in the morning, sit quietly before your deity and make your offerings one by one. With each

If something made you sad during the previous day, just surrender it to your deity. If something gave you joy during the previous day, just surrender it to your deity. Whether life gave you a positive flavour or a negative one, just surrender it to your deity. When you keep neither negatives nor positives with you, Asurrahs or Surrahs are left with no motivation to capture your body-mind. The prayer will purify your soul, and you will be able to experience the new day without any interference of the cursed souls. You can do prayers similarly at the beginning of a new week, a new fortnight, a new month and so on.
