Called to Reign: Living and Loving from a Place of Rest

ACTIVATION All of us experience seasons when it seems like everything is coming against the destiny God has for us. We feel like we should have made it to the Promised Land long ago and yet we are still struggling. When you are in the midst of a dry season it’s easy to forget the times of abundance with the Father. Why is it that dry seasons tend to make us take off our Songlasses? Take a few minutes and make a timeline of your journey to your destiny. Indicate the times of abundance and the dry seasons. Think about how you stewarded your seasons of abundance and how you navigated the dry seasons. Make note of those Chair 1 times when you were able to receive as a beloved son or daughter, and those times when you wandered over into Chair 2 and lost sight of who you are and who God is. Keep your timeline handy, referring to it when necessary, and adding to it as you go.
