Fat’s IN, Sugar’s OUT. All of Tim’s Angels had relevant expertise in all the issues pertaining to the case against Noakes. Despite this – or perhaps because of it – the HPCSA’s legal team did its best to clip their wings and prevent them from appearing before the Professional Conduct Committee.
