And for the people who did more “spiritual work” in their lives, who not only didn’t cheat on their spouse or steal from their company or condemn citizens to torture, but spent hours each week in prayer—for those people were there different, higher, more pleasurable levels of paradise? I sensed I was missing part of the argument.
