The Inexplicable Logic of My Life

No one deserves to be physically attacked just because he said something you didn’t like.”

“People can be cruel. People hate what they don’t understand.”

But we have to find a way to discipline our hearts so that their cruelty doesn’t turn us into hurt animals.

And I didn’t know how to tell her that I wasn’t all those beautiful things she thought I was. That things were changing, and I could feel it but couldn’t put it into words.

“Nobody tells anybody everything.”

People get angry when they’re afraid.”

Just because you don’t like yourself doesn’t mean other people don’t like you.

I believe there is something greater, a force that transcends this thing we call living.

Maybe people are heaven,

Life wasn’t always about deserve.

there’s always something behind anger. Something stronger.

There was nothing wrong with getting angry. It was what you did with that anger that mattered.
