Roughly two-thirds of all travel is undertaken in urban environments, and the quantum of urban travel is expected to triple by 2050.54 It’s little wonder that in many surveys, mobility heads the list of priorities for city administrations. Fluid mobility systems boost economic productivity and enhance residents’ quality of life.
