Exhale up to a count of seven (count in your mind 1…2…3…4…5…6…7) 5. Hold your breath for seven seconds (count in your mind 1…2…3…4…5…6…7) 6. Do this for seven minutes 7. Slowly open your eyes and notice how clear and balanced you feel!
