“You are mine, sweet Erika. Come for me, even if it is only in my dreams.”
“If she isn’t real, then neither is the male I’ve been dreaming of, and I really would rather believe he is.”
“What the fuck about the fucking dragon magic?” “It’s everywhere in here,” he replied with a wave of his arm that made the muscles in his broad back flex alluringly. “And it’s the strongest it’s been since they were sent to sleep half a millennium ago. Now it’s time for them to wake and live in the world again. To mate with the humans Fate promised them.”
To open that door and find her dragon. And Erika was used to getting what she wanted.
“That is the ideal, isn’t it? One soul mate to fulfill us, but who understands our needs as well.”
“I’m awake,” he murmured into her ear. “And you … are mine.” He held her close and nuzzled at her breasts. “My Erika. You are a joy to wake up to. So tasty.”
Geva held Erika’s hips tight against him for a few ragged breaths before he slowly receded, his entire shape dwindling to human again and he pulled her with him. He fell backward against the warm stone and held her against his chest in his strong embrace, his panting breaths still gusting warmly against her ear. She rolled over, looking into his red eyes. “I just fucked a dragon, didn’t I?”
“How does making love to you help open the doors, anyway?” she asked Geva. She climbed onto his lap and slipped his erection inside her again, sighing with the sensation of fullness that ensued. “Every door has a key, my love.” With that, he thrust deep, pulling her into a languid kiss that left Erika no doubt she had found the dragon of her dreams.
