Lewis Strauss and others suspect this boat was a Red spy outfit. Here are the reasons (1) The fish, supposedly radioactivized, were in refrigerators when the fallout occurred. (2) The Japanese government has refused to let our people examine the fishermen. (3) Their reported blood count same as those of our own weather station personnel who were also caught in fallout, and who were not burned. (4) The ‘captain’ is twenty-two years old, with no known background of seamanship. Suspect this part of Russian espionage system, but we don’t want to say so publicly.
