Large-Capitalization Growth Funds These types of funds invest in what are commonly referred to as “growth stocks.” Large-cap funds typically look for stocks with a market value greater than $10 billion. Typically, growth stocks do not pay dividends because growth companies prefer to invest their profits in research, development, and expansion.
