Four phrases in particular are closely aligned: “he will be great” (at the end of column 1 of the “Son of God” text and in Luke 1:32); “he will be called Son of God” (line 1 of column 2 and Luke 1:35); he “will be called the Son of the Most High” (line 1 of column 2 and Luke 1:32); and his “kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom” (line 5 of column 2 and Luke 1:33).
