This sounds like one of the "True Forms" which Nietzsche already derided. thus, the reason why creation cannot happen in isolation. Peer review might have caught this. Actual, in practice, aristocracy and nobility doesn't function like Nietzsche says it does. He's discussing a True Form that doesn't exist.
