Our failure as a society to see this interconnectedness is the real explanation that people flip out and become murderous Nazis. None of the other perspectives can stop the next Breivik; only a transpersonal perspective can. To serve the individual—or the collective—is thus increasingly becoming regressive and harmful. “The individual” and “the collective” are analytically faulty positions.
