I hate the people running my country. But I love Russia. Always will. Like my children. They do things I don’t like, but they are still my children. Besides, everyone is doing bad things now. You can’t hate everyone.

This is how I feel about America right now.

We’re talking about human beings making a conscious effort, going out of their way, to be ignorant. Willfully stupid. They’re proud of it. They take pride in idiocy. There’s not even an attempt to rationalize things anymore.

This is how I feel about people on social media right now.

If you’re using bombs instead of words, that means you’re banking on people giving you what you want out of fear instead of reason. That’s never a good sign.

At some point in my 30s I became a pacifist. This quote speaks to me.

There is decency in this world. We just need to look for it.
