You won’t write things like, “I hope” or “I want.” Instead, as if you had a blank check to write the future upon, you are to confidently go into future-mode and reminisce by saying things like, “I did” or “I went.” Despite such verbiage, the point here is to show yourself how things might go, not how they will go (unless you’re general)—there isn’t to be any “insistence” that things will go as you write. You’ll simply review what you’ve written from time to time for inspiration, or to charge yourself up before you might visualize the same. You’ll find, particularly if you’ve been feeling low, that this exercise stirs hope and creates possibilities for your future thoughts and manifestations.
