Like snail mail, e-mail can accumulate quickly. To support your commitment to simplify your life, take a moment to unsubscribe from e-mail lists so you don’t have to spend time deleting them every time they come. While it doesn’t take a lot to delete unwanted e-mail, it does take an energetic toll each time those messages come in.
