The EOS tool used to strengthen the Vision Component is called the Vision/Traction Organizer, or “V/TO.” It helps everyone in your company get aligned on the same short-term and long-term goals. The V/TO asks the organization, from the owners to everyone throughout the company, to have the same answers to 8 simple questions.
