I think you just need a little pregame warm-up. A little something to oomph you along.
Being brave is hearing that voice of fear in your head, but saying, “Okay, but the truth is, God made me on purpose and for a purpose.”
Why be brave? Because when we’re brave enough to share the God stories in our lives, it changes the people around us. It changes us to share them.
I may not have felt brave, but I was taking brave steps in obedience to God.
Satan is the one who is always trying to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10).
The truth that sets you free is God’s Word.
while I am making mistakes, I am not a mistake.
Lead people toward an abundant life and toward a real relationship with a real God. Lead people away from sin and choices that cause pain. Lead people with the way you live.
Don’t be like the people of this world, but let God change the way you think. Then you will know how to do everything that is good and pleasing to him. —ROMANS 12:2
Living for self? That’s easy. Living like everything you have is God’s (because it is)? That’s brave.
God’s been generous to you, be brave enough to be selfless and generous with your time.
Brave people are intentional people, and you’ve got to be intentional about your time with the Lord.
Loving others means being present with them in their pain, being present with them in their joy. It means being all there.
What does it look like to serve and be brave in your own home?
You can be brave enough to serve them and love them, and God will use you, friend. You will be living out your mission as a light in this dark world.
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. —ROMANS 13:1 ESV
Being brave looks like prayer. It looks like praying for your leaders to come to Christ. It looks like loving the people in your country and sticking to your biblical values.
God tells us about this city all throughout the Bible. He tells us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
In Genesis 12, God promised blessings on those who bless Israel and curses on those who curse her.
To Jesus. You saved me once, but You rescue me all the time.
