It is no easy thing to trust in God, to walk away from a career, to give it all up not knowing if you can ever get it back or even come close. But I did it. I heeded his voice, and somehow I found peace about it.

if there’s any way you can keep pushing off that “I’m completely comfortable” idea, then it keeps you a little wily; it keeps you young; it keeps you hungry.

But this was not us being “wily.” This couldn’t be anything but the grace of God.

my determination to make things perfect meant I was chasing an empty obsession all day long.

“We can do this. God has not brought us this far to let us down now.”

God delivered on the promise of making my dreams come true in ways that were bigger than I ever imagined.

Go and find what it is that inspires you, go and find what it is that you love, and go do that until it hurts.
