We always tend to ask ourselves what is wrong and why is it happening? We are actually inviting pain and sorrow to cultivate by itself by doing this. This makes us to suffer more and it brings in a happy and irritating feeling afterwards. I always chose to stay in touch with my healthy and positive side at these times. I asked myself what is not wrong and I longed to work on the things that are not wrong at that time.
